His father was the school principal in St. Thomas High School who being a catholic was much inspired by the new vision of the Vatican II which declared that human sin was found not only in the souls of individuals, but also in the practices and structures of economic and political life.
With this consciousness of Vatican II from his father his vision of life based on equality justice and peace formulated his psyche, thinking patterns and attitudes .
In the school as being a peer personality he started various campaigns, a few of them are: Religions bind human being in love and peace ; Every human being holds the image of God < an anti-bullying and anti-name calling campaign>; God and Good campaign that motivated his fellow student to help and contribute in the needs of their poor fellow students; Series of declamations
After his schooling he went to Murray College Sialkot where he joined Pakistan Peoples Party as of a platform for the support mechanism for the weak and needy students.

He went to the Catholic Seminary as a catholic priesthood candidate. There he got his real formation from the catholic missionaries. By being inspired of the liberal and progressive North American Catholic leaders he got a new vision of Peace. Cycle of violence verses cycle of peace which has got a touch of support by a lay catholic social Activist Harish Massey; his seminary teacher spiritual director and a friend.
His perception of Christianity deepened his studies and views about Jesus and His Unconditional Love.
His approach to peace was the peace within self and then to surroundings. For peace within he adopted Yoga as per of his mental discipline and self regulation; started from 1981 he is still doing yoga for peace within as he believes that a peaceful self can interact with peace to others.
He served Caritas Pakistan Lahore where he learned and dialogued with people on community empowerments in context with Justice peace and Rights from 1986 - 1991.
In sharing his passion for his justice, peace and human rights he is a member of various individuals and organization working for justice peace human rights and maintains his stand with them through joining their campaigns and signing their appeals.
As journalist he contributed a lot to Union of Catholic Asian News as a correspondent. His news had been taken as compassionate and true news.
He worked with brick-makers around Lahore with a special emphasis on conflict resolutions among Christians and Muslims who had been divided on their religious identities by the Kiln owner. He along with many participatory dialogues brought before the brick makers that their religious divisions have a connection with the dividing tactics of their kiln owner who want to make them politically weak and get their work done through divide and rule philosophy.
He is much inspired from the peace prize laureates and specially from His peace, The Nobel Laureate Adolfo Perez Esquivel
He is a co-founder of Peace Ambassadors Pakistan, a social network of the peace individuals and groups www.peaceambassadorspakistan.ning.com.
